Nourish to Satisfaction with Gauri, who is an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in food intolerances and diabetes management. Gauri has been working as a dietitian for 10 years and in private practice for 7 years. Gauri uses her experience in health coaching along with her clinical expertise to assist clients achieve the changes they wish to see in their lifestyle and eating habits.

Gauri is a country girl at heart and loved growing up on fresh produce. Gauri understands the challenges of migration brings and the obstacles in sustaining healthy living in busy city lifestyles. Gauri has a special interest in Vegetarian diets but believes that healthy eating is
possible in every culture and cuisine.

Gauri is passionate to support individuals within a family to enjoy their best health. Gauri has two young children herself and appreciates the challenges of meeting a variety of dietary requirements across the
lifespan.
My Philosophy
Food is more than just nutrition, it’s for sharing joy and celebrating life. I believe when food is matched to what we truly need, it not only nourishes the body, but also the mind and the soul. Giving some conscious attention to our engagement with food, can really relieve us of our fears and confusions and free up our mind to select, prepare and enjoy food mindfully; ensuring real satisfaction.
